Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Additional services:
Bath tub: 5000.00 RUB. Slippers and towels are provided. Bathrobe rental is RUB 250.00.
A deposit is paid upon check-in, which is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning.
The deposit is returned provided that the house is not heavily soiled, things are in their places, there is no trash or traces of smoking, and no damage has been caused to the property.
Guests are kindly requested to leave clean dishes behind. If for some reason this is not possible, guests will be charged RUB 1500.00 for cleaning.
It is possible to check in with small dogs for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire stay by prior arrangement. Cats are not allowed.

Use the barbecue only for cooking food on coal. It is prohibited to light a fire in the barbecue: only coals are allowed.
Fireworks and confetti poppers are prohibited on the territory.
It is prohibited to hang things for drying on the switched on convectors, as this violates fire safety.
Do not flush foreign objects or aggressive chemicals down the toilet.
Please leave the house after yourself in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
In case of loss or damage to property, it will be necessary to compensate for the damage in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
