The accommodation facility has the right to refuse to check in if the guest is allegedly in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, toxic intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances.
In the guest house and on its territory it is forbidden: to be intoxicated, not to smoke in a specially designated place, to take guests.
Opening hours and receiving calls are from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. At other times, guests must write via WhatsApp. After 10:00 PM, check-in at the hotel is done remotely, so guests must contact the hotel administration in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
The Comfort Double Room is located on the back side of the guest house and has a separate exit through the backyard. This room is located away from the shared kitchen: to get to it, guests need to go around the building.
There is no parking at the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.
Passports of all guests are required for check-in.
An extra bed for a child is provided for an additional fee of RUB 900.00 per day for the room category Standard Double Room.
