Very nice view.
Excellent conditions in rural area, athmosphere was very relaxed.
Food was great.
We stayed for only two nights during the winter, even if there was now snow it was great.
Host was very nice, told us what to visit around. 
Will return probably during summer.

Great stay and service from the host great homemade dinner. Liked the rooms not very fancy but all you need, Good breakfast a bit limited in home made products as you would expect at such a place. the approach road not paved. Overall a good experience.
Highly recommended.

It was a family weekend and we found this amazing place to stay for 2 nights.
The location is amazing, beautiful and very clean. The host Miss Ioana was amazing and the food that she provided for us was absolutely delicious. 
A weekend to remember and  hopefully we will visit this location again.

Really enjoyed this experience! Everything was excellent. The location is  very beautiful, you are in nature, way from the city noises, with a spendid view. Traditional architecture makes you feel part of the local stories. Modern facilities bring you all the comfort that you need. Kids are very welcomed, there was a playgound, junior dining chair. The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and hepful, they offer us ideas about what can we visit in Maramures. Food was delicious and horinca, this is something that you have to try. I definitely recommend Magnolia Resort!

Maramures is an amazing place, looks like you are in a fairytale! 
We had a great vacation, the host was very helpfull and friendly, we felt that we are among friends. The accomodation was a pleasant surprise, very clean, warm and unusual big room. We shall come back for sure...

We totally recommend it!!!

This was one of the best places we ever stayed in Romania, by far. The road is bad, but not impossible and it is worth it, when you get there. We stayed in one of the chalets, with our 2 year old and our small dog. Sparkling clean, great food, wonderful people. The courtyard is huge, perfect for making snowmen and going sledding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return in the spring or summer.

Access was a bit sketchy at first due to some construction taking place nearby, but it was mostly sorted out by the time we had to leave.
We did not plan on eating in initially, but after the first couple of days we were so satisfied that we ended up only eating at the property. Large portions, good amount of choice for breakfast, all fresh and delicious.
The rooms were very good:  good size and clean. 
Our host was perfect. Very hospitable and warm.
The location, the views, the overall feel of the resort is just perfect for a quiet get away to decompress, slow down time, and leave all the stress behind.

 Picturesque and quiet location, accomodation is very, very clean , confortable with great view from the balcony. Tasty traditional food and lot of horinca !! The owners are nice and friendly.
The acces from the main road could be better and is the only minus(but we were noticed about).I totaly recomand!!Ileana

We had a wonderful accommodation, the place is amazing and also the owners. The food was very good and the rooms looks better than the pictures from the website. We also appreciated the fact that everything was very clean.

Our stay was more than perfect, the access is a little bit difficult from the main street, but other than that the host was very kind and welcoming, the food was delicious, the children could play all day long in the generous yard. I recommend the chalet if you wand quiet and privacy.

Perfect choice!

This is a very peaceful place.  These stunning holiday properties sit in a wild and glorious landscape. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful place for a stay. This is a fantastic place, I hardly recommend it!  
Bedrooms and all common spaces, including the bathrooms, are very clean at every moment and at the high standard. The host is just amazing and does a very good and helpful job with a permanent genuine smile and mood for a chat. Thanks for the great & cool time we had ! <3

Piece of heaven!

If you want a place to spend a few days and recharge completely, away from noise and worries this is an excellent choice. Time moves at a different pace here. 
Add to that great food with homemade ingredients, a host that makes sure you have what you need, nice pets around the house and you have a recipe for an amazing vacation.

Amazing place, lovely people.

This place is great, stayed here for 4 nights and it felt like I was in heaven. First of all the room was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed.The sunrise's here are beautiful and the sunset's are out of this world, every where you look there is a view, ohh and what a VIEW. We had a lovely time with the people here and I think this is the best place to go if you want a genuine Romanian experience. P.S: be sure to check the romanian "tuica" and because it's something else entirely. All round nice experience and can't wait to be back.

Beautiful place, lovely people

This is a very peaceful place. The yard is huge, lots of grass and trees, hammocks, fresh and clean air. The rooms are nice, the bed was comfortable and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very veeery helpful and nice, they cooked breakfast for us and it was delicious. Some of the produce were from their own back yard, organic and healthy. 2 thumbs up! Highly recommend and would go back anytime!
