We arrived in Sinaia without having a place booked for two couples. 
When we enquired at Pensiunea Thomas, Roxana greeted us with a smile and told us she had rooms available. She showed us a few rooms to,choose from..all looked great, and we chose 2 double rooms at 160 lei/ night per room. They were comfortable and clean and we loved having a kitchen, dining room and comfortable sitting area available too.
Pensiunea Thomas was a great discovery which we will definitely recommend to others.

We arrived in Sinaia ( 2 couples) without booking accommodation and enquired at a few places. Arriving at Pensiunea Thomas, a chalet style building, Roxana greeted us with a warm smile and offered to show us the rooms available. They all looked great and we chose 2 double rooms on the 2nd floor for 160 lei a night per room.
The place was warm, attractive and situated in a quiet place but very close to the Main Street. 
We were also delighted to make use of the available kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating area, as well,as an outside table on their balcony. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend this place to others

I went there 2 times in a row. I will definetly go back there. I love Thomas. The place is in center of Sinaia but it's also very quite. The views are incredible from the balacony. The rooms are big and also the dinning is great. The owners are very nice people.
You must pick this one if you go in Sinaia.

This was the second time at Thomas and would pick the same place every time.

It's right in the city center, but very quiet.

The rooms, kitchen and living room are nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is very useful as it is fully equipped.

The hosts were really nice.

Altho we stayed for only 2 nights, we really enjoyed this place. We had a room in the attic. A quiet place located very close to the central park in Sinaia. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the access by foot to the Sinaia Monastery and Peles Palace is easy.

I stayed in this location with my family.
Pros:
  - central location
- cleaning.
- silence
- the grill (I did not use it but it exists)
- generous dining
- very friendly staff, booked by phone, and everything went well.

minuses:
  - The ground floor room was a bit cooler than the rest of the rooms. (I did not brought this to the attention of staff)
- at the peak hour, pressure on the water upstairs is desirable.
- Room 10 is small. if you sit upstairs highly recommend rooms 7, 8 and 9.

Conclusion:

A location where I will definitely come back.

Set off a small road parallel to the Main Street, the unmettlfed dogs leg road leads to no where until you spy The Thomas nestled above and on the left.....the magestic mountains looming behind. Welcomed by the owner who was lovely, the Thomas does what it says on the tin. Spotlessly clean, with all mod cons (except that our shower was attached to the bath fitting, which involved climbing into the bath... But gave an effective shower), the room was bright and airy! With a view south down the valley. The location afforded a quiet and peaceful nights sleep.
The accommodation is excellent value for money, but the tab does not involve breakfast, however, a cafe and diner are just 60ms away on the sub road and if you like al fresco dining, you can do as we did. A supermarket is on the main road about 100ms away and we brought in our breakfast and put it in the fridge. There is large guest room and kitchen on the ground floor if you wish to cook. If you are not a skier, there is a wonderfully appointed park just up the road and further north about a km away is the outstanding Peles Castle.....which is definitely worth a visit.
