Will I stay there again? No. Why? No air conditioning and no parking.

Brand new hotel a good 20 minutes walk from the city center. Room was large enough and clean.Parking is free and breakfast was good. My wife complaint about the bed: she could not sleep well. Walls are paper thin and the following morning we could hear the German guy next doors conversation with a customer.

Good overall

I slept one night at this hotel and it was enough. My experience was not pleasant. I slept because I was very tired once in my room in the evening and had no energy to get down. The positive point: nice view from the window - my sheets were dirty - my shower was not clean, the shower windows were very dirty and the soap door was all dirty colored from the old soap that had stayed... -1 missing earplugs - naïve smell in the room (like intense moisture moisture) - the worn out ones - a car to go to the center.

I prefer youth hostels

You know you're not in a great hotel when front office staff have a huge tv screen on the front desk and are more interested in their shows than helping to solve problems. I found the attitudes of most (not all) staff members to be unacceptable in the service industry. Water was poring down from the ceiling in the front of the elevators (on a slick floor) and they refised to leave a bucket to warn people. I was outraged. I was leading a group of mostly ederly people and there could have been serious accidents. They simply did not seem to care. Didn't get much help when the A/C was not operating in one of the rooms. They could not or did not want to supply a fan. 

Decor is the pits.

Internet connection is a real problem. In my room, it simply did not work. Had to go into the hallway to make it work. And even then, it was hit and miss affair.

Not a great location.

Not worth the 4 stars.... staff with attitude, not customer friendly

My wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel. At the reception, we were processed and given our room rapidly. 

The Hotel is located in a quiet and very pretty neighborhood. The Hotel is not far from downtown where most of the activities take please.

This hotel provides the essentials. Although there was not much in term of decor, the room was spacious and clean. 

I will only mention the carpet needed to be cleaned or even changed. The bathroom required to be updated or, at least, an in-depth cleaning to remove the mildew / mold around the bath and toilet bowl.

In all, a fair place to stay.  I recommend the Libra Hotel.

Not a bad place to spend the night

The conditions they offer do not reflect the big price, neither the "stars"! Bad toilet smell at the second floor! The staff at the reception (today) had no respect for me as a client and had no wish to help me with the fact that the small refrigerator in the room was not working.I had to insist and insist, starting bad my day.Not close to the center.The wi-fi is not working well.No, I do not recommend this hotel at all!

I will not come back to this hotel

Let's be honest, it's not four stars, but it's pretty decent three. We stayed here for one night. The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable. There was only one robe, but we never went to the spa anyway. The rooms were the simplest, but for one night. There was no variety for breakfast, but everything was delicious and fresh.

It's just me.

This is not a 4 stars hotel! The staff is indifferent, the beds are hard, the air conditioning is noisy, in the bathroom the ventilation is all the time functioning, so it's an annoying noise also from there...
They are not so close to the centre, you must have a car..

I don't understand how they have 4 stars...

During a tour of Romania, we slept here for one night. The dinner was very good and almost too plentiful. The breakfast was plentiful, even with mirror eggs. The rooms were small by the usual standard. It was very pleasant to be able to open a window in the bathroom completely. As a result, the noise of the street and the dog whistle, which is constantly present in Romania, was only dampened in the bedroom. Since the hotel has only one elevator, we had to wait 18 minutes in the morning until we could drive down. Without a suitcase, we used the stairs. But be careful! varying high stairs, very dangerous. To the city center, about 1.5 km.

Typical hotel of international character, but only one elevator

It was fine.... But is more a 3 star hotel. A litlle bit expensive for what is expected to be. The checkout is at ten o' clock so if you are the sleepy kind, it could be a bad ecperience. No
Balcony, no view, but it was the only room available in town. Overwall, it was clean, near to the historical center, nice people.
