We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very nice, polite and welcoming. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry/wet saunas. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Choose one with a balcony, we did and we did not regret it. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best experience ,very welcoming staff especially the weitress Elena is really lovely and polite.
 Food is delicious. And great athmosphere, cosy but in a high standard that make you feel special. The best restaurant we visited in our holiday time around here. 

The pension is located nearby Voroneţ Monastery (3 minutes by feet). Not to be missed! Very clean rooms, nice service at the restaurant with excellent traditional food, very relaxing spa conditions. I would definitely try again! Extra: Beautiful view from the terrace.

The accommodation was good and very clean.
The food was great and with taste.
The host is very kind and available for the guests in order to offer a good stay.
Prices are ok.
Recomend also for holidays in winter or eastern.


We've stayed here for few nights a family with 4 children and have a great time. The apartment was very clean , staff friendly and food is the best in the area.  
 The views are spectacular. 
If you are in the area try the restaurant and you won't be disappointed. 

It's up a steep hill but no worries. Once you're there, the view of the landscape is gorgeous. Easy access to Voronet monastery and good place to begin your tour (make sure you wear a skirt - no shorts). 

The hotel is modern and clean, the beds are comfy, hot water is great, perfect hotel. 

The best part was the workers. Alex loves to practice his English and stokes the wood burning spa with a smile. The nice lady who runs the spa is also very kind, but our favorite was our waitress and check in girl. She worked tirelessly all day, several days in a row, yet her enthusiasm never waned. She was as concerned about our happiness and well being at 7am breakfast as she was at 9pm serving our dinner. She went above and beyond! So much so that we asked to stay an extra day. We had to move to another room as ours was booked for that night, but she carried our bags for us and made it an easy transition. (wish I could say the same for the male servers/attendants - they were pretty lax).

rooms: beautiful, new and very nice furniture, comfortable bed, good pillows, very warm
staff: extremely friendly and helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant
ambiance : wonderful
spa: great view, I would have stayed there forever. Mirela is a very good masseur, I highly recommend her
food: Bucovina food at its best, great house wine too.
I'm sorry I can only give these guys 5 stars, they deserve 10. I can't wait to go back.

Really beautiful place, staff were nice but services need improved… it’s a 4* hotel! 

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Every morning at breakfast there was no juice. After about 20 minutes a jug of juice would be brought … but then … everyone at breakfast has to get some juice (as everyone was waiting for ages), so when my turn came to pour some juice - there was none! (Again). It took ages for more juice to be brought out, although I mentioned this to the waitress… 
Also no clean tables at breakfast. We had to take our own cutlery from other tables, and wipe a table ourselves so we could eat…. 

The cleaning in the rooms was strange… the first day the cleaner probably wanted to replace the shower gel in the shower, however she left no shower gel at all there! Also the soap run out (a fancy plastic tube which looked huge, but only had a little bit of soap). So as a result, the next morning in the shower when I realised that the shower gel had been taken - I did not even have some soap from the sink to wash myself with! 

The tea/coffee facilities had not been cleaned either. Mugs were left dirty from the previous day. Glasses were left dirty. Coffee was not replaced either. I mentioned at reception that we would like the coffee replaced … but nobody came! Disappointing. 

Nice place, but the staff need some training I think.
