Let's start with the positive! Hotel location: close to the center and yet relatively quiet. The beds/mattresses were excellent! Price is OK...if...we wanted a double room but got a room with two single beds and...it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke- although according to the receptionist ALL ZIMMERS are NOT SUMMERS. After a little discussion we got a double room, even with cigarette smell but in a tolerable scale. However, the bathroom here was in a not very hygienic state.Every day the receptionist was asked if we wanted another piece of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the SUMMER TICKER had an extra teapot - although there is only one room in the hotel with a good morning, but there is nothing to do with it.

A lot of air up! Much to learn!

I was last week here,the restaurant is Nice,good food,especially fish food very good,You can stay here in good conditions ! You can arrive here very easy, Nice services and for Brăila city is a good choice.

Beautiful place !

I recommend this hotel, more than others in the city of Braila.
The rooms are all right and you can find what you need for your stay at the hotel, feon, air conditioning, etc.
Good food at the hotel's restaurant and friendly staff.
The hotel is on the main street and has parking, but it is a bit too far from the city center.

A good place

The hotel looked pretty solid at first glance, too. A large bed, silk white bed, shower and toilet in the room. It would seem that there was still something needed for 2 tired travelers after 15 hours driving. The only thing that was kind of strange was getting hit with mold and something else. But then, looking around, we realized that the room was not cleaned. On the sheets of hair and dog gray! In the toilet is a paper pro-disinfected, but under the toilet ceiling is right on the seat, I won't hesitate to say, but the red, yellow and brown hairs on this shower. The racket was polluted and no less than half a half of the paper was polluted, and also with a coat of water on the shower table, so we didn't recommend touching the shower, so we didn't find anything else in the shower room, so if we could take a bathroom or a bathroom, we couldn't take a bathroom or a bathroom, so we didn't have to touch the toilet.

It's awful!

We stayed in this hotel for a night and it was ok. It has 2 and 3* rooms. It was clean and quiet. The location is ok, not right in the city center but close by. Would book again if we need a short stay.

Good for its value

The Triumph is not located in the city centre and, according to one's willingness and tiredness, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive will lead to Traian Square and its whereabouts. On the other hand, the hotel provides fairly equipped, air conditioned and very clean rooms, as well as smiling, always helpful front desk staff. We experienced no issues whatsoever at the Triumph, even though we changed our booking several times due to work-related constraints. The only reason for my 4 star rating is the location on a main road, respectively out of the city centre - none of which is their fault however.

Comfortable, well kept, with a good, friendly service

Location is on the edge of the city centre, about 10 minutes walk to the Orthodox Cathedral and the main streets with bars and restaurants. Basic room, clean and with all you need. Good Wifi. Staff were helpful and friendly, and most spoke some English.

But they need to change the breakfast system, which involves a choice from a limited menu instead of a buffet, and just one small coffee allowed.

May 2016 stay

It was very cold days, the thermometer went down to -18, I was fine at the hotel, and I also ate well. The only new I could not have breakfast in the morning, leaving at four, the bar was closed, I started by having two caps in the thermos in the evening before going to the room.

Hunting in Romania

A nice hotel, very convenient to reach, close to the Duomo, supermarket, bus and tram. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant is always open and you eat well. The snack is excellent with the possibility of choosing between 8 sweet or savory menus.
