I cannot describe how friendly the staff was. They were always helpful and selfless, they gave us recommendations about tourist attractions every day. They greatly enhanced our experience by giving us tips and tricks than only locals new. Breakfast and the room were also great!

The amiability and hospitality make this place a good choice in Baile Herculane. We stayed here on 3-4 February 2019 and the pension was not crowded. Although it is near the road, you have silence here. Food is very good. also, you have some groceries, shops and market nearby. But most of all, we found very nice people!

I was there for one night, arriving late (around 21:00). 
We needed 2 double rooms there and at that time the available rooms were in two different buildings.  They offered us a 3 bed room for the price of a double room just to be on the same floor and the same building. For me this was a very nice thing to do. 

The rooms are big enough even for a family with a child. Very clean, with all the facilities needed, including massage and sauna.
The price paid is very good for what they offer and they also accept VISA/MasterCard.

If I would have next occasion I would go there again.

We arrived after 6pm and we asked for 2 rooms. One was with a king size bed, the other with twin beds. The rooms were nice, clean and looked welcoming enough. The rooms were heated, but it got pretty cold in the evening, if there were an extra blanket, that would have been great. The food was OK, though nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are OK and people are friendly. 
I might return another time.

Amazing people, room and breakfast

We arrived close to 18.00 and received the room that nobody want it, i think, very bad smell when we entered inside, at least was clean. The bathroom was awfull, after 2 people had shower, the shower cabin stucked and the water was floating in all the bathroom. In the morning when we had breakfast we waited 40 min for the waitres to come and take our order. After she bring us the coffees she forgot the sugar, we waited 10 more min to bring it... Regarding that here are hotels with 20 - 25 euro/night , at Magic is 35 euro/night and the conditions are not even close to ok!!! In short terms: WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AT MAGIC
