59 reviewsFirst of all - the owner, Fatima, is just a lovely woman. She's the kind of person who invites confidence and emanates warmth. The hostel itself is perfectly located; it's just outside the fray, which ensures quality sleep. This is NOT a hostel for hen or stag dos; it is tranquil and perfectly suited for those who love to travel but don't love a wild party. The rooms are big, open and airy; they are filled with natural light, as is the kitchen, which is situated on the top floor, offering stunning views. Check in is done through Mane, the Cafe next to the hostel. The place is immaculate and a really good bargain. I (sorry, Fatima!) strongly disliked Albufeira, but this hostel made up for the chaos of three streets! Thanks for the local recommendations - São Rafael was stunning, and I got my sardines. :)
