We went for holidays to the southern part of poland and stopped in Zywiec. The tourist information told us about the "Corner Ho(s)tel" which reopened with a new owner. From the outside it looked a little worn down. But since we set foot in there our expectations have been surpassed. Eugene and his partner gave us a warm welcome, told us what to do and where to go. Still under final construction, you could see that not everything was finally renovated but I'm sure Eugene has finished it by now. Concerning our room everything was freshly painted with a newly renovated bathroom/shower and decorated nicely. All in all, we totally loved the Corner Hostel and Eugene with his partner. You could really see that they both put so much effort into every detail. So don't get scared away by the old facade, inner values do count!
