If youre looking for a bed to sleep on and a bathroom its okay. If you like your standard a bit higher then just a place to sleep... well its a bit crappy. Very old scary cold and dirty stairwell, old uncomfortable bed, old damaged floors...looks a lit better on photos than what it really is.

Very bad customer service from the manager! Booked a room for me my partner and our daughter to be then told that she’ll have to sleep seperate to us in a different room ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR. The manager was rude and unhelpful and told us it’s our fault for not contacting them beforehand to make sure our daughter can stay in the same room as us.. i mean REALLY?! Would not recommend at all. And their ‘reception’ looked like something from a horror movie.. a desk with a laptop on it in an undecorated only just plastered room.. truly awful!!

The hotel is an old classical building which I like the most. The rooms were very spacious but didn't have bathrooms inside. Bathrooms are outside in the hall and very very clean and spacious, too. In the little kitchen, you can find tea, coffee, and hot water all the time. The location of the hotel is very good, near the city center.

The hostel's contacts are inaccessibile. I needed late check-in and I wrote to Tenememt Apartments through the Booking.com service and asked to arrange my check-in after working time of reception (at 22:30), but unfortunately, I’ve not received feedback from the hostel. Then I’ve tried to call this hostel by phone, but unfortunately, the phone number specified in the booking confirmation (+48 61 852 44 11) was not available! Then I’ve found e-mail on the website of hostel and sent the e-mail, but received a delivery report with the message that my mail could not be delivered to the recipient!
Then I've found on the Tenement's website a phone number of other hostel affiliated with Tenememt Apartments called and finally received the information how to get my apart in the Tenememt after 22:00.

We attempted to stay at the Tenement House during our time in Poznan.  We easily found the location provided by the booking, it was a little run down and dilapidated from outward appearances but we weren't scared yet.  
Every single door was locked and we found a sign on one window saying that the office is off premises and to go to the address listed for check-in.  Still no problem but it would have been nice to have had that mentioned in the booking rather than having us wandering around this our heavy backpacks.  
We wrote down the address and off we went, the street name looked familiar to one we had passed downtown.  We went around the address listed and even search for within several blocks of the address.  Nothing.
We went to all of the businesses that were surrounding the address listed and nobody had heard of Tenement House and the address was not one listed (they showed us on the street).
We went to find some wi-fi to try and contact them and that didn't work either so we ended up booking a new room in a hotel we could actually find.
Several days later we get a reply about our inability to find Tenement House; their check-in office is NOT on the street listed on the sign, it's around the corner within a hostel (something referencing goats, I don't remember exactly).  
It would have been super nice if their sign would have said "Go to ______ Goat Hostel" and listed the correct address.  They also would not return any funds, despite obvious attempts to contact them in our distress of not finding the place, but the website with whom we booked did.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station, but a 4-minute walk from the central plaza of Poznan.We arrived before the check-in time and the staff were very kind as they were concerned about trying to give us the room as soon as possible, we waited only 10 minutes.The reception was on the ground floor of the same building.We stayed in a double room with private bathroom, it was very spacious, the comfortable bed and the blank and dark curtains so that they greatly prevented the passage of light.The bathroom was clean and not as spacious as the room but it was not bad.The only pegasus is that the room light is not switched on by simply switching on and off the entrance and the door but the bathroom was not covered by the small bodies; everything is of good quality.

The wifi didn't work well, no one could speak English except Polish with which to communicate was very difficult.The entrance and the street itself, was quite scary, I wouldn't recommend it to a single girl.
