System Hotel Kraków

My partner and I stayed here as a part of our week holiday in Krakow. I would like to say please don't be put off by some of the bad reviews. We found the hotel to be clean and tidy and the staff very polite and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. During our stay the toilet in the room stopped flushing we reported it and were immediately moved to another room without delay. We ate 3 times at the restaurant within the hotel and the food was amazing. I had beef on one occasion, polish dumplings on another and pasta on another occasion and they were all excellent as was the homemade apple pie and ice cream and all the meals were very reasonably priced. All the staff were very helpful. We were supposed to checkout at 12 noon but they allowed us to stay in the room an extra couple of hours free of charge. I would highly recommend System Hotel to anyone looking at visiting Krakow. The hotel is only a 20 minute bus ride from the town centre and the bus stop is just outside the hotel.
