Friendly staff if not happy with the room they aiways try and move you to a more suitable one Close to bars especially The Blue Bottles which also serves great food throughout the day and night Located near shopping malls x2 Sta Lucia and Robinsons with SM Marikina a short taxi ride away Good transport links all in all an ideal place to stay with clean rooms and helpful staff Stayed here now numerous times without any problems

This Hotel is fairly new and well maintained. You can choose between the standard rooms and garage rooms which are themed in various colours, styles and lighting. I stayed in the 'Zen' theme room and was happy with its elevated bed surrounded by green lit glass tiles. The bathroom is large and all fittings new. The air-conditioning worked fine and the nice table and chairs is a good touch. The bar fridge worked well and is filled with all the essentials. The room is designed for more short term stay and lacks anywhere to hang clothes up. In addition there is no back up generator to deal with the frequent blackouts that Manila seems to suffer from. Bring a torch! Also if your a tall westerner like myself watch your head when you climb the stairs of your garage room. The ceiling above the stairs is concrete and quite low, ouch! The property itself is well located within walking distance of Santa Lucia East Grand Mall (2 blocks) and surrounded by several small restaurants. The receptionists and security staff are welcoming and friendly and you feel safe staying here. Book through Agoda for the best price's in advance and ask to see the room prior to accepting it. All theme rooms are different so if you have time have a look. My stay here was pleasant enough only interrupted by the smell of stale smoke which is a problem in many hotels in the Philippines. I would recommend this hotel for a few days as comfortable and friendly. AA+

Nice Hotel near Santa Lucia East Grand Mall, Cainta, Philippines

Really sucks. We used to check in here all the time. It was good. Not until the receptionist insist that we have to pay for the Coke bottle that popped out because it was put to freezer BY US, ACCORDING TO THEM. We haven't open the fridge the whole then they still blame and insist to us that we should pay. Also they said that it is NOT POSSIBLE THAT THESE ARE THEIR FAULT because they check the rooms every after a customer checks out. Then, IF IT IS SO, WHY IS IT THE BLANKET IS DIRTY LIKE IT IS ALREADY USED. AND WE FOUND 2 SACHETS OF DOVE CONDITIONER AT THE SHOWER, LEFT OPENED AND USED which me and my partner does not even own. This is probably the last time we will be going there. BEWARE. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATIONS AT ALL!!! 

I THINK THEIR SLOGAN IS, "BLAME IT TO OUR CUSTOMER, LET THEM BE CHARGED EVEN IF IT IS OUR FAULT."
