AAM Transient House

I would have given this hotel 3/5 if it was located anywhere else; The rooms are basic, small and you will only have a cold shower... But due to it's convenient location, I give it 4/5 when you consider the rate/night. I usually don't stay in places with only cold shower, but this place is so convenient located close to Terminal 3, that I'm willing to stay in a room with just cold water.. I will stay here again next time I land at NAIA 3, but only for an overnight stay, so I will have a hot shower when I arrive my next hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no problem finding places that sell food - nearly at all hours... You'll find a mall/supermarket within walking distance and also a McDonalds on the way there. Otherwise many small businesses like food-stands, barber, money-exchange (better rate at the airport) etc. There is also a few steps from tricycles - if you need to go somewhere at odd time... Otherwise the jeepney pass through this hotel, so you can use those also (if you don't have to much luggage). Some people might think that the A/C can be cold and/or noisy, but it's no problem if you are tired! I slept well - even if I have slept on better mattresses before; this is mainly a place to rest up before you continue/end your journey in Philippines, and look for a place close to NAIA 3. Recommended!
