EL Nido Floating Hotel

Don't expect a super cruise liner or gin palace or anything of the type, but do expect a lot of fun with some great hosts, two French guys, a great chef and bar tender not forgetting our captain whom I affectionately referred to as the Pirate. The boat has been converted into a 'hotel' but this is 'boat' living not hotel living and great fun it was. I have to eat gluten free and despite letting them know only the day we started they catered for me brilliantly. Each day they took us off for an exciting visit by another boat in the morning, returning us to the floating hotel for lunch then out again in the afternoon. We did snorkelling, swimming and kayaking and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is not cheap but the nightly fee includes everything except the delicious Tequila Sunrises we had at Sunset! Thoroughly recommend it.
