We had a great time staying with surestay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommended ! We will be back next time we visit cebu ❤️

Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine,  convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it.

Clean and spacious room. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is great!

For almost 3 weeks we stayed we enjoy everything breakfast was very good everydays different menu. Thank you very much!

This is a very clean hotel with a great location (close to downtown Cebu City). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended  Make sure that when u book double check that your booking has breakfast included because when we booked knowing our price was with breakfast but unfortunately NOT they ask us to add another 350 pesos per person so just make sure that it’s sure breakfast is included.

Welcoming vibes upon arrival. Newly renovated, clean and convenient.The receptionist was professional (Bryan) made our check-in easy and comfortable. Helpful and friendly security man or bellman (Ian). I'll stay here again next time I'm in Cebu.

I love the hotel it’s close the restaurant and coffee shop, accessible  of jeepneys  to Ayala Mall. It’s hard to obtain the hot water . Wi-fi and breakfast food are great if your Filipino… the downside id that the front desk nameJai asked me upfront P8k for my 4 night stay plus 1k refundable upon check out.. my concern why they asked me to paid the 8k pesos since I booked at Expedia and it charge to my Visa already.. the front desk told don’t worry they will void the Expedia.. I replied to her “ I don’t think the Expedia will void my payment since I booked they Expedia.”... I think I was SCAMMED with front desk and the sure stay western hotel..

This is a good budget option in the middle of the city. Nice breakfast options every morning and responsive staff. We had a minor problem with bathroom plumbing and they were quick to accommodate us with a room change. A busy street out front so the lower floors are a little noisy. Overall good value.

Decent amenities and room is good size and clean.  Staff is very friendly.

Everything is good except the room is too small and no windows.

Good room @ great price. Service, Breakfast and Wi Fi was excellent! Needed to refill the shampoos and liquid soap in the shower, minor detail.

Great Location, breakfast is decent. Staff service is excellent! Only complain is it can be noisy, can easily hear other people and staff in the hallway. Maybe improve on soundproofing, as for me I slept with my earplugs.
