Someone was always available at the front desk…and they helped us by making a call to our tour company (what’s app quit working), storing our luggage, and answering the questions I asked in broken Spanish. Breakfast is included and consisted of eggs, bread and jam, juice, coffee/tea. Our room was large…bedroom and living room. That was nice since we are traveling for six weeks and occasionally want to have a roomy space. I don’t think all the rooms were that size…you would have to ask for it. The bed was very comfortable and we had hot water in the bathroom! I really liked how clean our room was …. we have not always found that to be the case. We did find the room to be a bit cold…we put on a sweater or crawled under the blankets … problem solved. We stayed four nights and would stay again.
