Brunvall Gård

We stayed here for 1 night after arriving from Oslo Torp airport. After arriving late (half an hour past last check in time) we were extremely worried that the reception would be closed and we wouldnt be able to check in, however when we got there the owner was extremely lovely, and more than happy to show us where our flat was and bring us our linens. She had also left the heating on all day, so the apartment was extremely warm and welcoming when we arrived. There were 4 of us in total, and we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment; with both rooms having 2 single beds, similar to a bunk bed layout. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the complex was cosy. There was a kitchen, pots, pans, fridge and kettle amongst other things and the wifi signal was very good. Despite what is written on booking.com, we did not have to pay the cleaning fee as we cleaned the apartment ourselves, so for travellers that are on a budget, this is most definitely an option. However it is a 100 NOK per person fee for linens which include bedding and towels. The shower was of good pressure, and the bathroom in general served its purpose (Y). All in all the apartment complex met all our needs, the beds were comfortable and the owners of the farm were extremely inviting and friendly, I would happily return here!
