Very good hotel, I highly recommend it, I went with my husband and children, 2 girls and 1 baby, excellent care, people who attended very kindly, always attentive, the delicious breakfast, at your taste! Fast internet and even my girls could walk in the reception without any problems. There is hot water and air conditioning. Excellent, I would come back without thinking about it!!!

Excellent choice for the family!!!

My first time at las Brisas was in April 2019.  Very impressed with everything.  Back in Matagalpa and Las Brisas was at the top of my list.  I just spent another few nights there.  I commend the staff for their attentiveness, helpfulness and genuine care.  Alfredo is a sweetheart.  I am ashamed that I forget the names of the others. Very clean and comfortable rooms.  Good location. Great breakfast. Excellent value.  Highly recommend.

It's a cozy, clean, comfortable hotel, with special care, home and family; the rooms are always clean, flavored, well-arranged and above all safe.On my business trips to the city of Matagalpa, Nicaragua; this is the hotel of my choice, a quiet, quiet and respectful atmosphere.As for the breakfasts, they are nutritious and provided with personalized care, the care staff and their owners provide care with kindness, respect, as if you were a family guest.

Familial and special attention.

The hotel is perfectly located; it is a 10-minute walk from the San Pedro Cathedral. It offers functional, clean and comfortable rooms: hot water, air conditioning, TV, wifi and private bathroom. The breakfast, offered as a buffet, is rich and delicious: eggs, rice, pancakes, toasted bread, fruits, cheeses, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juices etc. In the common living room, on the ground floor: TV, coffee & tea available all day long. You can find restaurants near the hotel, such as Lunaflor and La Bella Vita e. The staff is very friendly and speaks Spanish; they will help you to prepare your stay and book your tourist accommodation.

A comfortable and clean place...only for business trips Extremely executive breakfast!! The car park is always a conversation with the shift guard... hopefully they find him in a good mood and allow them to park.

One of the most defining places on the trip is the comfort and warmth of the attention this hotel offers to its guests with atmospheric cozy rooms and comfortable rooms for an unquestionably perfect rest.

Accommodation is acceptable.

We found that his boutique hotel to be excellent, The personal service was friendly and Alfred the young receptioninist was very active in whatever the needs of incoming or existing guests may need. The rooms were an ample size , simple very clean and c ofortable.   BUT, and this is not the fault of the owners, there were some steps on the way to some of the rooms that were very high and difficult to navigate.   In the bathrooms there was no shower towel rail which could have been used as a an aide and help to hold onto and its a matter of time before someone falls.   We give it it three tour stars .

The hotel is small but clean the rooms are simple but comfortable... the beds are comfortable and super clean... those who attend to you are willing to help you with dinner topics, suitcases and information. Always smiling.. the breakfast is nice and varied nothing to ask for... the rooms do not have communication which is important when one goes up and no longer wants to leave the room to ask for anything. There is no hair dryer in the room or plank or such things as laundry bags or batting that is no hotel type.

A good option at a super price.

Slightly from the real centre with all the restaurants, this hotel has a lot of charm, is very clean, with a very kind and very helpful staff. The breakfast included is excellent, and there are a few restaurants around (including an excellent and very cheap Italian).
