The highlight during my stay at Hilton Queenstown was the amazing customer service - everyone is so friendly and welcoming! My partner and I stayed in the King Wakatipu Lake Suite (Room 1142) and absolutely loved the large deck and views. Room service and the front desk were timely and efficient especially if we needed any extra amenities. The facilities such as the pool, hot tub and gym were convenient. We used the water taxi from the Hilton to travel to the Queenstown CBD and it was an experience - great views especially at the back of the water taxi. I would recommend dinner at both Wakatipu Grill and Stacks - yummy food and they also provide in-room dining. We would 100% recommend booking with Hilton Queenstown to anyone planning a trip and we will be coming back!
