There were mice in the room. When I laid down to sleep, I saw a mouse in the corner of the room and one on the other side of the bed. Got moved to a different room, that’s where I found bed bugs. It also reeked of bug spray and cigarettes. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel is located in a fantastic central area of the city, with nearby facilities, shops and restaurants (also casinos). The staff is kind and well mannered. These are basically the only good things I can say about the place. The building is historic, survived WWII, but it is in a miserable state, poorly kept and scruffy. The room was essential with basically no commodities (not even a water bottle), igiene was borderline acceptable for my liking (sticky floor). Regarding the clientele... the hotel basically works as a "love hotel" for what I was able to observe (and hear). For what the accomodation has to offer, it is undoubtedly overpriced. Definitely wouldn't recommend, or if anything for the shortest stay possible.

Old, scruffy ad rough

Terrible service is the least of your worries at this place. Multiple gunshots heard the night of my stay and police showed up (I was too scared to leave my room). The next morning the staff pretended like nothing happened. The hotel is evidently linked to the drug endemic around Rotterdam

Book at risk of life

Loved staying there, staff top ratted! And the management they are actually human like not like most of places they use rules and procedures over humanity! The management is absolutely amazing. Everything is right on ur door step no need to travelling long. Definitely will be back

Human managers instead of robots

I was forced to check out after 1 night due to unacceptable conditions of this hotel:
- the window was broken and with holes in the frame therefore super noisy and cold - I informed the receptionist about this status and she send maintenance but they just put another screw and did not fix the holes - see picture attached 
- due to the wholes in the windows the room was full of mosquitos that bitten me
- disgusting bed, 100 years old pillows unacceptable, thin blanket 
- there is no network neither wifi in the room to function like a XXI century person that is traveling for work 
- the room floor was dirty and sticky and there was long dark hair in the bathtub 
For all this I was charged 230€ night and tourist tax was wrongly applied 
My complaints are ignored by hotel management 

The most horrible hotel I’ve ever been too

Possibly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. 
Arrived at 11.25pm to check in after a long flight and the elderly gentleman working the reception was just incredibly slow and by the time I checked in it was 11.55pm.. that is no exaggeration.
He then demanded I paid a €50 deposit as I was in a “luxury” room 😂😂 
It was a horrendous room so I returned to reception and I asked to move. 
Rooms are all terrible as my work friends also started. 
Upon asking for my deposit back I was given a €50 note,.. impossible for me to reconcile my expenses.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Booked this in a rush without checking TA - big mistake. On checking in the staff (who were the only positive) handed me some ear plugs !. At this point I considered walking to another hotel (should have done). You will not get any sleep here - with earplugs in the street noise was almost bearable (soft thudding of the nearby club) however the paper thin walls internally meant you could loudly hear other residents - I’m a heavy sleeper and was woken up at 4:45 (after finally getting to sleep at 1) - now this didn’t seem to be loud partygoers, just people talking relatively loudly managed to wake me up with earplugs in !!. WiFi/tv etc all fine, no air con so hot, but the other thing was I read these reviews before I went to bed on bedbugs. To be clear I didn’t see any - but to mitigate I slept above the covers with a long sleeve T-shirt. I do have a bite on my ankle but that may be a mozzie / happened elsewhere. This place is only fit for people on a big night out - get smashed, pass out on the bed, leave as it is in a great location. Anyone else heed the above - harder to enjoy a great city with no sleep.

No Sleep Here…

1.The hotel had bugs that picked up, and they stayed in the clothes (pulgas), it lacked a significant lack of cleaning or fumigation. 2.The pillows were very old, and uncomfortable for sleeping. 3.The roof had holes. 4.It had no air conditioning, and the heat in the rooms was unbearable. 5.The bugs were inside the beds. 6.The photos of the standard rooms offered on the Internet are fake.The standard rooms with double rooms are very small.The cushions are not the ones in the photos. The photos are very retouched, don't trust the photos. 7.No is a 3-story hotel, with those bugs and bad infrastructure, not fit to be even a 1-star hotel.

Rotterdam city centre convenient to visit the city do shopping no breakfast paid parking in front of the convenient hotel old establishment not quite to the standards but personal welcoming and friendly we stayed only one night

Passable

Horrible place, got bitten alive - mosquitoes. No air conditioning. Smelly rooms. Black mould in shower and bathroom run down. Very run down. Would not stay again.

Honestly the pictures look great but this is not the reality - it’s very run down and stained mattresses and pillows
