Recently, I was there with my friend for leisure purpose. The appearance of hotel looks great with very good viewed balconies. It is situated on the Shin Saw Pu Road, named for One and Only Myanmar Queen Shin Saw Pu, who is relating with the history of glorious Shwedagon Pagoda. The hotel location is very good, near to the junction of Myay Ni Gone where you can bus take buses to most of the parts of Yangon. Hotel staffs are good, but not very hospitable, may be I am a local. The room price is reasonable. All the furniture inside the room are clean, neat and tidy. What I like most about Hotel Windsor is the wonderful breakfast they offered. It might not be a nice meal for gourmets but very good for the money you paid. Last of all, if you want to cut your lodging budget and at the same time to stay at a nice hotel with good breakfast, you have to give a try staying at Hotel Windsor. It is a hotel worth the price.
