Great breakfast!!!There is no AC But they provide with air cooler . Very easy to go to downtown 15mins by walk. Reasonable prices and great place . Will book again . Good restaurants around the place . Located in a very convenient neighborhood.

Honest review

Good hotel, just be ready for stairs. All around nice place for the price.  Nothing was exactly luxury but for a bit under $20 a night, it’s one of the nicer budget options in downtown Taunggyi.  Would recommend if you are just coming through for a few days.

Good for a budget trip to Taunggyi

Where to start? The room itself looks nice if you have no sense of smell. It's musty, full of cockroaches and had burn marks all over the carpet. The staff are scared to talk to you and when you do successfully ask them to do something, you'll find out later that there was a hidden fee for their "service". Just avoid this place.

Hidden Costs and Dirty Room

Overpriced even at low season. Rooms are very old and far away from clean. No air conditioner. 

$35 for a room with only 2 lights working, bathroom is terrible and the interior is very very old. It becomes top of the most terrible "hotel" on my list. An overpriced motel. 

You don't want to stay here if you want a pleasant trip. Just stay away from it if possible.

visited during water festival. $40  for a very run down room; most light bulbs missing. breakfast ok, but charge extra for water. front desk manager grumpy and unhelpful. Myanmar is overpriced anyway, but this is one of the worst value places i have stayed in in 13 years here. Nearby Muse hotel is better value and more friendly
