A great hostel in Mandalay. Great Breakfast and very clean room. All of the staff are very nice, very helpful. They are ever smile. And they can arrange everything for you; day trip, bus ticket, airport shuttle...atc.

This hotel is one of the best stay in Mandalay. The staff are very friendly and not hesitate to help customer's needs as they can. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean and facilities are perfect, Although it is not big, location is the city centre, very close with chinese market and big shopping malls.  

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean but shower/toilet was one story above but wasn't an issue at all. Absolutely loved the buffet breakfast, it was so filling that didn't eat lunch for those two days hahaha. Very kind hotel staff, one morning there was a hot water problem however without wasting any time, they arrange shower in another room. Very decent place with amazing staff. Thanks for the nice stay.

Resonable price and good stay in Mandalay

Awesome people with great smile

I stayed only one night because the hotel was over booked. It took me quite an effort to rest in the room I had booked a few days before via internet because they seemed to have messed up with the bookings, thus on the online system there were more room available then in reality.

A part from this, the staff was really kind and tried to solve the problem asap. I had booked a dormitory, which resulted to be really small (it was impossible to open completely the door to enter, it would bash against one of the beds) and I had problems recharging my phone as the sockets were not working very well (an issue when you are traveling solo).

However, I was impressed by the breakfast which was abundant. 

I would still recommend it for a few nights.

Good, but can improve

We have booked spaces in advance for three people in a partner room.  When we arrived at the representative hotel we were told that the hotel is full and impossible and promised us another place with the same quality of beds. She also said that the owner is the same owner.
After she sent us somewhere it turns out to be another place for another price and other owners and she just tried to take the responsibility off herself!  And when we talked to her on the phone she just hung up on us

Cheaters !!!

Important: this place is NOT a hostel - it is a hotel where they use unfinished, uninhabitable hotel rooms as dorms for some extra cash. 

We stayed in this place for two nights. When we arrived it became apparent that they had messed up the bookings so put us in different rooms. This was fine, although a few complains were made about the extent of mosquitos in one of the rooms. 

On the second day, after returning from a day in the city, we opened the bedroom door and saw hundreds of mosquitos flying around the room. They were in the bed sheets, the curtains, on the walls. 

We raised this point with management, their first response was a fly swatter, to which my initial response was laughter. Their second idea was to fumigate the room with toxic spray and for us to then sleep in this room. I spoke reasonably with the management asking if there was another room we could go to, they said no because the place is fully booked. So I went online and saw that 3 rooms were still available. The lady, quite rude by this point, and still trying to lie about the availability of the rooms, eventually said yes we can have that room but will have to pay a significant amount of money to upgrade. I explained over and over again how the room was not habitable but she just said we would have to go to another hotel. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no. We ended up paying for a room we did not use. 

I would not recommend staying here.
