The Riad Shaden is down a quiet lane and it’s hard to believe how calm it is inside compared to the bustle outside. The staff are amazing, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Riad itself is very clean & comfortable and we were greeted with lovely mint tea and biscuits on arrival. We arranged a trip to the waterfall through the Riad which was very good - comfortable transport, friendly driver and amazing day out. We also took the cookery lesson which started with a trip to the local market for ingredients then the cooking itself. The recipes were shared and our lesson was great fun, we had our dishes for dinner that night. The Riad Shaden is around 20mins walk from the main square, we felt safe once we got used to the mopeds everywhere!! Definitely recommend Riad Shaden for a stay in marrakech.
