Great location, staff assisted with luggage as parking is approx 10 min walk up the stairs to reach the accommodation. The staff assisted with giving us a hair dryer for the night. Also we asked to have breakfast earlier and they prepared it for us as we were leaving to the next town early in the morning. The room was fine, everything was as per photos. We could feel the odour in the toilet but but not in the room and it was fine. We enjoyed the stay here. Everything we asked they wanted to do extra to help.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. It was nice and warm even though it was quite a cold time of year.

The hotel is by  the main square of the medina and 5 mntd away from the water spring Rasmaa  where you start trekking up to the white mosque for a nice view over all the city and its surroundings.

All the staff are charming and very helpful. They go out of their duty to help you even outside for getting a taxi or guiding you to the exchange office and so on .

Breakfast is good and is freshly cooked with some traditional Morrocan breads , farm honey , fresh olive oil ...and served in the roof terrace with the view over the mountain .

I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, value for money, staff ready to go extra mile

Very clean hotel  with a good location and friendly staff with warm hospitality

The rooms are very basic and the toilet was quite smelly.
The location is excellent and the building itself is very beautiful. 
The breakfast is ok served in the terrace which can be a bit cold in early April.
The price is quite interesting especially for family of 4 or more since they've family rooms for up to 6 people.


Good option

The location is really nice, very close to everything in a beautiful area of Chefchouan. The place looks nice and traditional but lacks attention to detail. The toilet next to the reception is full of rubbish and the rooms we had made me feel claustrophobic cause they are small and dark blue. Our toilet kept running so we switched it off and i used the one next to the reception at night. The smell of the room is like a lot of spray was used. It is kinda noisy when other people are still up and talking. The terrass is nice but looks messy. The staff were nice especially the lady who prepares the breakfast and the breakfast was alright. I would probably choose another place to stay at next time but it was alright. There is not really designated parking so we parked far. An ok place to stay..it was clean and the shower was nice and warm.

Good location but not impressed

Do not stay here. It was filthy dirty. Mildew all over the bathroom. The smell of someone before me on my blanket. A dust coated cup in the bathroom. Cigarette burn on my sheet. Not enough light in the bedroom. Jaysus, even the coffee was bad and the milk curdled. Just don't. Disgusting place.
