Definitely will stay again in this place very convenient for different places around the city

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Mazatlán when is comes to location. Loved having a washer and dryer in my suite.The one draw back for some people, not myself, would be that it is on a busy street that can be noisy on weekends and holidays.

Clean, safe, very friendly staff! We would have appreciated a few kitchen towels or rags and some towel hooks or places to hang wet swimsuits.

Great location for exploring the historical district and great view fron the rooftop pool area. We loved it!

This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was walking through alone each evening. Some people may not be as comfortable with it. It's something you should consider.

My 4th stay at Casa Barros.  There is one big negative but many positives.PROS: The rooms are big, clean and modern.  Nice washer and dryer so can pack less.  Very nice little kitchen with stove, refrig, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker.  Plenty of hot water with great pressure.  Very nice staff.CONS:  Only one but a big one.  It is on a busy street and it is noisy with many motorcycles and loud pulmonias blaring music, especially on weekends.  Bring your earplugs, you will need them

The space was nice. The beds were comfortable and the individual air conditioning in each room was wonderful. The center island of the kitchen was not clean at all. The floors were not very clean and the mirrors and windows of the patio were not clean. We could have used a few more towels, hand towels, and there were no washcloths provided at all. There were no kitchen towels or washrags. We had one small frying pan, but Yamile provided us with other small, frying pan, a pot, and a mixing bowl that we were very grateful for, but the kitchen should have had been better equipped in the first place. One of the biggest complaints is that there was no one in the reception area during the hours that were posted saying that there would be someone there. Entering through the parking lot seemed dangerous and anyone could have entered the condo at any time. We did have a wonderful time, thank you.

Great location, not quiet at nights lots of loud music and vehicles into the night.  Bring your own everything all you get is a bath towel each and a bar of soap.  We had to buys everything more towels and everything for the kitchen, tea towels, dish soap, sponge, spoons, paper towels. No cleaning products provided, will need cleaning products, get glass cleaner the windows inside are very dirty, a broom and mop.  The mop provided was very old and falling apart.  The walls and fridge was dirty as well.  Just give the place a good wash down first.
