I stayed a couple of nights and hosted super weird people, that hostel, plus the very rude and unattended receptionist, a place that is well-located but of very low quality, very x-beds, decomposed bathrooms, the personal groceries and no filters to host people, even criminals.

They are hospitable to the people of fear.

I was in this hostel at the beginning of October 2018.The place is beautiful in itself, the decoration is original and it's very centric.The receptionist was not very friendly.The private room was small, the bed was almost touching the floor and the mini TV was not working.Give me a ghost and guess?NO towel!I had to wipe myself with a T-shirt and no soap.The bathroom had a sign: Please be brief.The water in Querétaro is scarce.The receptionist was not very friendly.The private room was small, the bed was almost touching the floor and the mini-TV was not working.Give me a ghost and guess?NO towel!I had to wipe myself with a T-shirt and no soap.The bathroom had a sign: Please be brief.The water in Querétaro is scarce.The receptionist was not very friendly and she said: It's a hostel! Bad experience.

I stayed on a trip with friends and the prices seemed very affordable, the facilities comfortable and clean. The water is mostly cold.  The friendly and patient care;), the location is also very accessible to walk around the city center.

For a relaxed and economical trip.

My friend and I spent a couple of nights at the hostel. mario, the guy at the reception is very kind and always willing to help. the location is ideal, a 2-minute walk from the central square. there is a kitchen accessible 24 hours. good security and they open the door to you at any time of the night (with pre-identification). the bathrooms and showers are small and narrow and the mattresses a little hard for my taste. the night I was in, the hall was crowded until very late, so there was quite a noise. small details, but in general good quality-price ratio and highly recommended if you're going to have only one day to visit the city.

A warm place.

Located in a small street with 4 or 5 restaurants / pub, 12 bed dormitory, a pity there are cockroaches. Out of season 220 pesos + 50 pesos for the little dej in the small restaurant adjacent to the hostel.

Good location.

I went with my dad to meet Querétaro and get some rest in a central place, but we had several complaints.There was no hot water, almost all the other guests were young and they spent it drinking and screaming after 11pm, the TV was not working.The good points are the location and comfort of the bed.

Good choice for young people

We spent a weekend, but we didn't like the attention because they didn't tell you anything about the locations and you have to find them yourself, as the rooms are fine for the price paid.

The weekend in Querétaro

Really nice hostel and great staff. Perfect location. Clean. 
Still there are some points to improve though:
pros(good) :
- perfect location
- incredibly good staff
- big dorms
- lockers
- common place with TV, terrace with a view
- very clean
- perfect kitchen
- each bed has a personal light and electricity plug. Almost not seen in Mexico.

cons (to be improved):
- the main point is that the place smells as restaurant. There is one next door and second one opening. Good places to eat but still...the whole day the smell of food is all around. Even in the dorms. It's too much. 
- breakfast is not included, you just have a discount in the restaurant, but this raises the price by 20%
- downstairs only two bathrooms, the male one with broken lock

I love the hostel, one of the best in Mexico. Just that smell makes me wanting to eat even my shoes.


Good but smells as restaurant

Great location at the heart of downtown with some of the best staff I've encountered at a hostel. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-value place to stay in downtown Queretaro!

One of the best

I stayed almost a week and I can't complain, the terrace is delicious with a very nice view. The water is always in its spot.
