Super service and very nice property, many good design details and very clean, the host is super friendly and willing to help and give local information, the breakfast is very basic, as it is of the cotinental type (fruit, juice, toast, etc.) but you can serve it whenever you want on their small terrace, in addition to the fact that there is always a coffee station available.

2 nights in a couple.

He's been to other boutique hotels and the price difference is huge, and this hotel is not a luxury boutique hotel, but one as a traveler likes to be fooled, obviously also the price speaks to us about the amenities we will find.

Multiple roaches found in multiple rooms. My gf is terrified of roaches. Other than that the rooms are super nice. Great location.

The good - Very central in historic district and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The bad - Rooms do not have windows to outside and it is incredibly hot. Our rooms were like sweat lodges. There is no ventilation and no a/c, only a floor fan which is useless without outside air. This alone is the reason not to stay here as it is simply no acceptable. The hotel is tiny with steep stairs and in a pedestrian mall without access to your car or parking so you have to park a distance away and walk with your bags through crowded streets. On top of all this there are two disco clubs nearby when pound music most of the night. Sorry but this isn't a boutique hotel and not worth anything more than two stars.

Perhaps as a last resort.

This hotel has got a great location, a very nice front desk man, and the rooms were clean.. But the physical plant, and the stuffy rooms,  are not conducive to comfort. My friends and I had two rooms, neither of which had windows to the outside, but instead, windows onto the central staircase, which was noisy and people regularly looked in on their way up the stairs. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, and the rooms were incredibly hot, dark,  and stuffy...the temps were falling to the 40's F at night but in the room it was over 80. We stayed two nights and there was no maid service, no bottled water provided. All this would be acceptable if the price were moderate to cheap...maybe it was because it was Easter weekend, but we paid a hefty tab for this. At half the price, I probably wouldn't complain, but despite an attempt at trendy decor, it just doesn't cut it as a highly rated boutique hotel.

Unless the criteria for defining "boutique hotels" in Querétaro is very loose, there is no way to label this place in such category. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and well located, and the prices are fare. But hanging crazy decorations from the wall and including a nicely decorated shower is not enough to put it in any other category than a convenient, fare place to stay

Rooms don't have windows, not because the boutique hotel puts on no charm, only the location is good, the rest leaves much to be desired, very small rooms.

This is a great boutique hotel.  The staff was friendly although English was not their strong suit.  Good location would book again.

A gem right where you want to be.

I stayed 4 nights for the bridge and it was perfect! the hotel is small, cheap, impeccable, beautiful and in the heart of Querétaro, ideal for strolling in the center. it has a café available all day and a small terrace to enjoy it. the attention is excellent, I can't remember the number of the gentleman who cared for it but your treatment was excellent, always kind and ameno, thank you very much!!! definitely recommend it:) **My only suggestion is that the rooms have air conditioning I suppose the ground is cool but they had warm days when it was needed.
