We stayed at Navojoa Plaza for the 3rd time on Miercoles 13 de Diciembre del 2017. Always happy here. This time I left my wallet within the bed covers. Upon missing it; I phoned the hotel and they had found it and Luli connected me with someone who spoke English. From then onward, I corresponded with Yuvia who engineered having my wallet sent back to me via DHL...which I received a week later. Everything was still in my wallet: cash; credit/debit card, meds, drivers license. I highly recommend this place for it's cleanliness, honesty, and 'beyond expectations'. Great breakfast too. Thanks Yuvia !!!!
