Everyone was very friendly to include staff and other guests. The rooms were pretty spacious for the price. The property was well maintained. The only feedback I would say as a con is the bed wasnt very comfortable. Other than that it was great.

Good for the price. The continental breakfast included comes in very handy. A full course breakfast can be purchased at an additional cost.

The only negative about the hotel is its location which is far away from the centro historico of Merida; otherwise it’s a great place.

Basic hotel with no real amenities except for a pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was toast, fruit, juice and coffee. But there is also a limited paid menu for other items. Location close to main avenue and food options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our request for ground floor room. Easy check in and out. Good for the price.

Comfortable stay for a few days

Our room was very clean and the property appeared well-maintained. For the price, it was adequate. One challenge was that there weren’t enough outlets to plug in 2 phones and 2 Cpap machines because some of the outlets were only 2 prong and some required you to leave the light on for the outlet to work. The beds were rock hard and only had a flat and fitted sheet - no blankets or extra pillows in the room. The free breakfast was either cold cereal, toast or sweet bread, fruit and coffee - no protein. If those few things were improved, itd be amazing.

Clean, but not comfy

I am usuaIly very critical of places I stay or eat but I was really pleased with how clean and cozy this hotel was. Usually rooms in this price point leave much to be desired but I was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were clean,  and the room was very clean. The little extras like sopa and bottled waters they add to the room made it even more pleasing. Definately worth every penny I paid.

The propery was clean and in good condition. The swimming pool was clean but needs more chairs to lay down by the pool. It currently has 2 which were taken by a couple when i went. Parking is well refined and easy to use. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating.  I artived late and they waited for me past their regulat check in time. The propery is a bit far from the main plaza.

I went with my son for medical reasons and I must say the people were very accommodating they had excellent customer service the lady that cleaned our room for the days we stayed was amazing forgot to ask her name but she was great. Ac worked perfect no complaints hot water at our disposal the only thing we didn’t like are the channels available on the tv. But all in all nice place. The pool is or was clean while we were there no complaints. 

Great service 

Tehnotel on Avenida Itzaes is a good hotel for travellers with a rental car as there is ample parking.   The rooms are quite clean, comfortable and have a good desk for business travellers.   The wireless internet conenction works very well in the rooms. 

The beds are comfortable if a bit hard as all Mexican hotel beds seem to be.   The bathroom has a large shower and plenty of hot water, the towels and bath mat are of good quality and changed daily as are bed linens. 

There is a small restaurant with what I believe is a complementary breakfast (I had other plans so I can't verify it is indeed free).     

The rooms are quite clean, the air conditioning has a remote control and worked quite well.  The television has approx. 50 cable channels including several in English and one in Portugese from Brazil. 

The sinks are outside the bathroom so two people can get ready simultaneously.   Cots, and cribs are available as per the information in the room. 

Bottled water is provided in the room, there is an ice machine available.  There is a playground and a small pool.

Technotel is a good reasonable hotel for families

The good: easy self parking and a pool. Close to Clinica de Mérida, and walking distance to Oxxo, Subway, and a pharmacy.  The bad: no elevator access to rooms with king size beds.
