My daughter and her husband were so frightened that they left in the night.  The facility is not what they promote. The manager was aggressive and threatening to them. They felt so frightened they realized they would not get any sleep for worrying and so felt it was just safer to leave.  

Frightening

We had just arrived and were offered  a spa package by the manager at a special price.  The package was very low quality, but reasonable considering the price quoted.  The jacuzzi had public hair floating around before I entered the pool.  My husband slipped and hurt his back getting out of the pool.  There were no bath mats or hand rails.  Very dangerous.  When we went to pay,  they charged us 10 times the price he quoted.  The manager got very aggressive and angry.  I was afraid for our safety.  We decided to forfeit the $180 we paid for the standard room,  breakfast not included,  to get away from the aggressive manager.  He wouldn't allow us to leave until we paid the higher price for the package.  It was extortion.  See the picture of locked gate below.  

Worst experience

It's always a pleasant experience, it's a quiet place to rest, the attention of the staff is very kind and very dedicated to their work, the place has some flaws, I recommend them when booking to ask about the pool's functioning, and especially to carry cash since the terminal signal fails a lot.

Los Azufres is the place to be.

The place does not offer anything extraordinary, and the cost is excessive for what it offers. Lack of maintenance in the cabins. They do not allow to introduce drinks or food but the service of the restaurant is good.

Too expensive for the one he offers, I stayed in room 1, with a sink, but we didn't enjoy it because it didn't have hot water, the water leaked out of the sink so the floor was always wet, the fireplace dampened the whole cabin, and the only thing we could do was have a wasp invasion in our room, my wife and I were bitten and couldn't move to another room, since the hotel was virtually empty, we talked to Miguel the manager but we didn't want to make a refund, the only thing that could be saved was the kindness of the young people who work and the food, hence the bad hotel, unfortunate for the cost of the room.

The worst hotel in the world

It's very nice, but it's neglected; I went with my wife on a busy day, so I imagine the restaurant didn't open for dinner, we ran out of food, because in this area everything is very remote and the road is very dark.

No recommended

The place where the cabins are located is very nice... But the truth is that the cabins, although they have potential, are very careless, the lack of maintenance... so Que pague expected something better... the dining room of the cabin lacked a chair... the table was broken and the vinyl armchairs were all painted and the vinyl lifted... the bathrooms some missing accessories and one of the curtains in one of the rooms was not working... so the collector imagined me something of much higher quality.

Visit on Father's Day

I couldn't return, because they don't have a customer service. I made a mistake transfer, wrote them and told me they would help me. The days passed and before the lack of response I made the statement at the bank, which after several weeks declared that I could not communicate with the establishment, despite the various contact numbers I provided. I came back with the Fifth, the contact number, who channelled me to the manager, who after almost a month could not help me, communicating that they would contact me in the administrative area.

Amazing location, compassionate customer service, unfortunately not going to return.

A great option, the super-conda cabins and everything they offered us, great experience, the friendly staff and the good food, the best was the swimming pool, we had a great time, everything very well, the rooms have a fireplace.
