I booked a stay at OBLU Select Sangeli for my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect way to celebrate such a special milestone. From start to finish, the resort delivered an unforgettable experience filled with beauty, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. They stayed in both a beachfront villa and an overwater villa during their trip. While both were stunning, the Overwater Villa—with its breathtaking ocean views and peaceful ambiance—was the highlight. It offered the perfect setting for a romantic and memorable silver anniversary. Regards Arushi Khandelwal Daughter of Mukesh Kumar Gupta and Sunita Gupta Dining was a true standout. The Serenity Plan offered exceptional value with gourmet meals, top-shelf cocktails, and à la carte dining that consistently exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Chef Ravindra Kumar and Chef Vijay Rana for going the extra mile to make their anniversary meals feel personalized and meaningful—your warmth and culinary talent made every dish unforgettable. They also enjoyed snorkeling and diving right off the house reef, where they encountered turtles, reef sharks, and vibrant marine life. The dive center team was professional and friendly, ensuring every underwater adventure was safe and memorable. The spa, along with yoga and Pilates sessions, provided the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. They also took full advantage of the gym, tennis courts, and pools—there’s truly something for everyone at the resort. The staff played a huge role in making this celebration so special. Many went above and beyond, and we’d especially like to thank Ravindra Kumar, Vijay Rana, Amandeep, Simran, and Vinay—your exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made my parents feel incredibly valued and cared for. While there’s room for small improvements—like clearer information on premium services such as the butler or pillow menu, and more reliable buggy service and Wi-Fi—these were minor details in what was otherwise a flawless stay. As someone who simply wanted to give their parents the perfect 25th anniversary gift, I couldn’t have asked for a better place than OBLU Select Sangeli. It’s more than a resort—it’s a place where memories are made. For anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or surprise their loved ones with something extraordinary, this is the destination.
