We had a good night rest with good air conditioning unit cooling the room during the hot night. Nice shower with proper heating system though the bathroom was wee too small. Room was tiny without much moving space. Carpet not cleaned as we found rubbish under the old TV set. We were disappointed with the wifi as there was no wifi at our 2nd floor though we were given several access passwords. We could only access the lobby wifi. Breakfast provided was simple with milk and cereals or fried rice/kuey teow. Surprisingly no eggs or omelette.  However, moderately okay for the price of RM88/= per night for two.

Good night sleep only

spacious room with tiny bathroom supplied with limited toiletries and worn towers. The tv set is still box set just back to the 80s with 3 available channels. Near to Food stalls around and the shopping Mall.Spacious car park available. Credit to the choices of food during breakfast.

Unfriendly service

Checked in with hairs in between blanket and bed sheet cover. Ants crawling on bed at night. I wonder if they really clean the room for the next guest after that. Leaking water mark on the ceiling. Very dissapointed with a room like this. However, breakfast is nice.

Dirty linen

Check in was quite fast and it's good that they have an elevator. But the receptionist at that time doesn't look friendly. That's a bad first impression.
The room is okay, not impressive with the price. It's too small, not enough space and so does its bathroom. Bathroom isn't just small or cramped but is not clean either. :P Water pressure is acceptable but it's hot all the time and can't feel the cold air especially in this hot season. :/ There's hairs under the layer of blanket. Air conditioning works well and it's good that the blanket is quite thick. 
It's near the central square, shops in front and a restaurant in this hotel area. Parking space is available for guests. Breakfast is okay, not much choices. But the receptionist at the hotel cafe is friendly. :) It's just that the breakfast spread is quite disappointing compared to the price we paid. Check out is the same as check in. Overall, it needs more improvement. And oh, from our own experience, it didn't feel like a five star hotel. Like I said, need much more improvement to call this hotel a five star. It's suitable to stay for a night to rest before or after visiting Sg. Petani town.

Suit for a night stay.

Two stars for the location. It is located 5mins away from Central Square. The hotel looks old and run down. The room is not very clean but acceptable. The bed line has a lot of cigarette burn marks. The carpet is dull looking. The room wall is has lot of shoes marks. The breakfast is bad. Vegetable they serve is raw. But can't complain cuz the price is affordable.
