Just wanted to give a shout out to Mr Redzuan from the Reservations Dept of The Journal Hotel. I have not stepped back into the hotel. I have an upcoming stay in June for a couple of rooms. Nonetheless, Mr Redzuan has been excellent in assisting me with my bookings and queries and ever so accommodating. My apologies for the back and forth emails but he was always patient and I really appreciate that. THANK YOU!
