An oasis in the busy town of Hlotse, Lesotho. The most beautiful rose garden, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and excellent food! We were part of a touring group of 24 people, an exceptional dinner was served including home made Lesotho steamed bread. Breakfast was fantastic! A lovely stopover.

A friendly, perfect stopover

Safe area, situated in a pretty town, has a very nice garden with places in the shadow, good and reasonable price food avaliable in the, good breakfast with buffet, wifi limited to 300mb, we enjoyed our stay

The hospitality offered by the establishment is of high quality. They truly made our stay memorable. The food was also delicious. They always ensured that our requests were attended to. The staff is friendly and very helpful 

Best accommodation in Hlotse

Our group stayed in this place 11 days. The kindness and willingness to serve of the staff,  It was like being among family.  This is the second time we stayed here and for sure will go again. No question about the cleanness and comfort ability of the rooms.

Excellent place to stay

Had an excellent nights stay at Naleli. Would highly recommend it to anybody travelling to the area.
The Lesotho people, especially the staff at Naleli were very friendly to us and we always felt welcome.

Excellent nights stay

We were excited to check in after our drive from Maseru and were disheartened to learn that there was an issue with our booking. To be fair, we were there during the October elections and most properties in town were booked up by election observers. Naleli though we had only booked for one person and we had four, the owner/manager stepped in to find a solution. She kindly offered us free drinks while we waited. Ultimately she found four rooms for us at Bird Haven, their sister property. Since we were not fully happy with our rooms there (see my separate review), we decided to move back to the Naleli the next night as they had the space that night. Naleli is a lovely property with a pleasant garden surrounded by a range of different rooms. I was fortunate enough to get a suite which had a huge bed, a desk, a sitting area with a big fridge, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. It was a big improvement over my situation at Bird Haven the night before when I didn't even have my own bathroom. The restaurant has a very limited menu with no vegetarian options. They were able to make me a greek salad for lunch a vegetarian pasta for dinner so I didn't starve but it would have been tough had I been there for more than a day or two. The breakfast was basic but nice with made to order eggs, beans, and the like. Overall a nice stay despite the unfortunate situation with the booking error.

A good option in Leribe

It was nice to visit your guest house but some of the things you have to make sure you improve them, like food on the menu, make sure it's something that you'll serve your guests... Apart from that everything was perfect 

The best vacation ever

There was shortage of staff which led to other services being affected . They should work on their geysers as the water was cold. Otherwise the overall service was good, the staff was friendly, well behaved, professional and patient towards the guest. The food was mouth-watering.

We came in at 2am due to boarder delays but we were checked in well and during our stay the staff were very accommodating of our requests . Thank you for being such accommodating hosts. Clean room as well 

Staff very helpful

I visited this place twice in one week. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will be visiting this place again the next time I'm in Leribe. Charming little guest house. The grounds are well kept and the car security is on point. Beng ba mono ba ithata ele ka 'nete. I'd recommend this place for a good deal for a very good stay.
