Location is good, not in the city center, but it's convenient to get to the center and airport by tram, trolleybus or a taxi. Green and quiet neighborhood. The owner doesn't speak very well in English, but he was kind and showed everything, so everything was clear. The studio apartment was clean, nicely furnished, after renovation and there was everything you need for a short term stay- iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, TV and free wifi. We recommend this accommodation!
