End of 2023, we stayed in this guest house for 3 nights. Since 
double rooms were fully booked, we chosed a triple room and a luxury single room. Forget luxury room as there is no high class facilities, only the very small and basic room. Triple room at ground floor while luxury single room is at upper floor. Buffet breakfast with limited choice at another restaurant in another street.

Good location in old town 

The rooms was a good size and in a great location. However, there was a noise (it sounded like a refrigerator starting and stopping?) that was constant the whole time I was there, and I didn’t get a good nights sleep. I asked one of the fellows from the front desk what it was, and he had no idea.

I had a satisfying stay@this house. I was at the first floor w/ easy access to the front entrance. Staff were friendly and speak understandable english. Special mention to Cha who is accomodating and even walk you to your breakfast area by Mekong river. It’s an old house w/ original interior (love the wide plank wood floor and ceiling), toilet seat needs to be replace ASAP. We need a floor towel. They keep replacing my hanged bath towel. Location is very convenient and walkable to lots of places of interest. It’s a local immersion hotel, away from the noises and commercialism of Main Street. Brother mouse is around the corner wherein u could volunteer an hour talking to local youth who wants to learn conversational English.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Cheap cheerful hotel located a few hundred meters from the night market and about 50 meters to the mighty 
Mekong.  Lovely little hotel with great staff very helpful and willing always smiling,  room clean and bright, I stayed in 206,  brilliant Air Con,  down sides no kettle (1 in reception hot and cold, ) breakfast a bit simple 2 choices (free) but more options at a cost,  also river is on the river about 150 meters away.  But a good way to start the day.

Nice cheap comfy great location

This is a clean little guesthouse run by nice, helpful people. Very central to the old city and right on the river.  A mild disappointment (I was tired:) There's no room service, and the tv didn't work. Still, if you something nicer than a backpacker place, and not as pricey as a five-star, this is great.   Hot water and wifi were great.

Decent mid-range place

Loves this place. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. The place is in a good location to all of the different places and activities you can do around, the staff help you book everything in advance with very reasonable prices! 
A must go to place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay

Perfect location in Luang Prabang.  On a quiet street, one block from river, with a Wat down the street and with the morning monks walking right in front of the hotel at about 6:00 am in silence every morning.  Rooms are clean, good size and comfortable with modern bathrooms.  Not much of a lobby, just a desk with a manager, but they are very nice and helpful.  Breakfast is across the street at the other Wisdom Hotel, outside in a little courtyard.  We are vegan but were able to order vegetarian noodles made for us although eggs and toast is the usual offering.  Price was very reasonable ($50 as during Chinese New Year, usually $40) and I would stay here again.

Perfect Location/Comfortable Clean Rooms

We spent a week at this charming hotel in Luang Prabang and we liked most things about it. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and there was plenty of space in our room. Nice shower water pressure and unlimited piping hot water. Small fridge and a safe we’re in the room. 

The reception staff was professional and genial. Good value at $35/night for two twin beds without breakfast. The location was good. Within walking distance to the main drag with many shops and restaurants nearby. 

The walls were a little thin between rooms so sometimes we could hear neighbors next door at night. No other complaints. 

We would totally stay there again. It’s a very good lodging chalice for Luang Prabang.
