Good value and very large room. I liked the traditional Japanese flooring and furniture with futon on the floor.  Must get the rooms facing Mt Fuji though.

Hotel owner are very nice and helpful, such beautiful view out of the window if you don’t mind the room is Japanese traditional style.

民宿位置就在巴士站下車處不遠，假如有購買周遊巴士卷，可先來寄放行李，非常便利。民宿老闆娘親切熱情，房間乾淨舒適，很幸運能住到面湖房間，一開窗便能看見富士山，在這一排面湖高級飯店中，這家民宿的價格實在是便宜到不行！唯一不便的地方是浴室在一樓，稍微老舊，假如有開放使用浴缸，我大概也不會泡～整體的住宿不論價格、整潔或是位置我都非常滿意，不過男友是覺得太老舊了些，提供給大家參考：）The guesthouse is convenient,near the bus station. The housekeeper is very nice,and the room is clean. We can see Mt.Fuji in room,the view is pretty good. We have a nice trip here :)

Great family place and wonderful views of Mt Fuji when it's clear.  Thank you to the family so much. Even gave us a ride to the station as it was pouring down rain. Will be back some day.

We had a room overlooking cherry blossoms, the lake and the mountain, amazing! Clean and big room. Nice family run place.

The location was one of the best and close to the bus station but the hotel is a bit old. The hospitality was wonderful but rarely speak English.

Great view of Mount Fuji from the windows of our room. Yukata provided, with normal bath houses. Food is not provided but there’s a great bbq restaurant nearby.

My wife, my son and I have been here for 1 night. Hotel location is near bus stop no.14 of Red Line Kawaguchiko Travel bus and managed by local business owner who is very nice to help you .... we can list our good experience as bèlow

1. Large room space with nice mt. Fuji ans kawaguchiko lake view.
2. Traditional Japanese shower (I don't know how to call but it's not onzen) by private family room at night. We can firstly take a bath by bucket and then relax on large bath tubs. Really good experience.
3. Reasonable price.
4. Business owner is really kind to help the clients in many aspects.
   - carry the luggages to clients, room.
   - offer a ride to/from Kawaguchiko station if your luggages are big.

Last but not least, even this local hotel has no elevator and no bathroom in the room, we really love this place and will surely revisit again if we wanna visit Kawaguchiko.

Around this location there are only pricey hotels, except this one. We can wake up and see mt.Fuji straight from the windows. The room is very huge, using tatami mat and we get to sleep in a very comfortable futon. The owner is very nice to us and can understand english. He doesn't have pick up service though. So you'll have to take retro bus from Kawaguchiko station to get to the hotel.

Amazing!

Me & the mises pick the one room for two with a direct view to the lake. The room setup was something out of Japanese old movies - we liked it. The only thing we hope to improve is the permission to have morning shower.
Bus stop is just view steps from the hotel. Restaurant are two minutes walking.
The hotel are willing to pickup us from station after 3PM, but they did drop us at the station after we checking out.
