Though you need to take a taxi either from Jr Isesaki (12 minutes) or from Tobu Shin-Isesaki(11 minutes) , I think there is no other better choice in this area. There are no eating places nearby though the hotel has a restaurant . They do have a free of charge public bath inside for the guests in addition to the room bath so foreigners may worth trying it.
