This pension is very conveniently located 2 minutes' walk away from the nice Yumigahama beach. The owners are extremely friendly, and they'll do all they can to make sure you have a good stay. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the property has a onsen which can conveniently become private if you wish. Much cheaper than many other accommodations in Shimoda area!
