Leonardo, the owner of the B&B, is very accomodating. He responded very quickly to our questions in English and gave a lot of tips for activities and places to eat. He awaited our arrival and was very welcoming. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and as in the photo's. But the photo's have very good filters :-) The house has 5 rooms and we were the only guests. Initially this was a bit oncomfortable but actually quite an advantage. A whole house to ourselves :-) Full breakfast was served just for the two of us. You do need a car to go around. Pisa and Lucca are about 30 min drive, cinque terre a little bit further. Pietrasante is only 15 min. Enjoy!
