We spent 4 incredible days at Alberto‘s farm. A perfect quiet and authentic place to relax and to calm down. The dinner was absolutely amazing and for sure a must have at this stay. Self grown farm food with an excellent natural taste. The red wine was also included in the menu 😉
Next time on Sardinia we will stop by Alberto’s farm again.

We loved our stay in the Gallura region mountains at this agriturismo.  Alberto is a charming host and a delight to talk with.  The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There are great hiking trails right on the property, winding through the granite-laced hills with tremendous views over the entire area. We especially enjoyed the delicious multi-course communal dinner highlighting local cuisine and farm products - the homemade pasta was fabulous.  If you ask nicely, Alberto and his lovely wife may even share the secret recipe to their wonderful lemoncella.  It was a great way to experience the Sardinian countryside.  We highly recommend a visit to La Cerra.

Located in Gallura region - where the views are just breathtaking. Perfect for hike lovers and climbers (you can rent crashpads for free) or people who just wanna lie in a hammock all day :) After a day in La Cerra a delightful - 4-course dinner with local wine awaits for the guests! And in the night here you can observe the most amazing sky. The nearest neighbours (and lights) are a few kilometers away, so the sky is full of stars and you can even see the Milky Way!
Moreover, the nicest host - Alberto can recommend great places to visit around the area or share stories about Sardinia and Italy.
Truly recommed this place. I will definitely visit it again.

We absolutely loved La Cerra and Alberto's warm, friendly welcome. It is an absolutely beautiful spot with an endless playground of outdoor activities on the doorstep and surrounding area - the bouldering in particular is amazing and atmospheric (but prepare to get shredded hands and resident creatures jumping out the rock at you!!). The hostel has every book, guide, topo, map and scrap of info you could ever wish for, as well as free bouldering mats to borrow, which were very much appreciated! The accommodation is super clean with great, modern facilities, but not clinical feeling, it is very cosy and home-like so you really feel like you can relax after a big day out. We loved staying here and hope that we can return one day.  The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Dinner was fabulous and copious; it was lovely sitting outside with a great view.  Breakfast was a bit scant but there is a very nice kitchen for the guests to use where you could keep a few things in the refrigerator.  We took an hour-1.5 hr. hike from the B and B which was a wonderful way to see the countryside.  Their 2 dogs tagged along. We are so glad we found La Cerra!

This agriturismo has some excellent things going for it. It is well off the road. It is very quiet. Antonio is a charming and interesting host. It is equipped with good kitchen facilities to make it more or less self-catering if you want that. For those who like animals there are some friendly dogs and some attractive cats.

The views are as stupendous as other reviewers have stated.

But as an agriturismo it is somewhat basic. The first morning we were there the shower flooded because the drain had not been kept properly clean and clear. That was sorted quickly, but it should never have been allowed to happen. 

The breakfasts were quite basic, to the extent that we supplemented them with food of our own,

By the time we were there it was quite cold up in the mountains, but there was no heating available.

The restaurant was not open because it was the last week of the season (we had been warned in advance that this might happen).

That said, it was very cheap - 30 Euros per person per night, so we should notcomplain too much. I do feel, though, that some upgradig of the facilities is called for, even if that means that the prices have to increase somewhat.

But if you want somewere quiet, off thebeaten track and at very modest cost, this is probably the place for you.

Fantastic views and wonderful food!

The domain is gorgeous surrounded by beautiful nature. Rooms are clean and spacious. Dinner was very nice and cozy with local products. However breakfast was disappointing just bread and marmalade plus there was no heating in the rooms nor in the breakfast place. We had to sleep with our jackets. The shower resumes of a few drops hot and cold. The price was too high compared to the service/quality provided. 
Nevertheless this place is probably best suited for summer as it as an unique atmosphere.
