One of my favorite stays from my summer 2015 vacation. Cavril is a bit hard to find and requires driving on steep, switchbacked stone roads to reach, but totally worth it for an amazing view of vineyards, rustic surroundings, and quiet relaxation with the only sounds of buzzing insects, the putt-putt of a farm vehicle, barking dogs, and the gentle swaying of vegetation. The views are truly incomparable and the long walks one can take around the neighboring village (including a centuries-old monastery) are cathartic. Perfect for travelers trying to clear their heads and appreciate an ideal marriage of nature and quiet civilization.
