57 reviewsThere were so many options for lodging I had a very hard time deciding. I am so glad we ended up at Lanza. The location was great (easy walking distance of Metro, train, and Coliseum). We stayed in the room with the round bed which was very nice and immaculately clean. Breakfast each morning was really good with plenty of options. The best part however was Gloria. She went out of her way to take care of us. She booked all of our tours at no additional charge to us and she made sure to get us the best price possible. She gave us her cell number and said she was available to us 24/7. She was extremely easy to correspond with via text. The day we left she allowed us to keep our key and leave our luggage on site until it was time for our train to depart. We ended up coming back early to rest and use WIFI. She let us back into a room to freshen up before our train. There was simply no end to her hospitality. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you!
