Excellent service, the managers are friendly, hospitable and available people, the ideal place to regenerate from the harsh city life, plant and animal life, very close to the historic center, highly recommended.

The Perfect Place to Relax

You have to start from the assumption that you go to a BB so don't expect a luxurious hotel. It's a country house, where you feel really far from the stress and noise of the city. Still the problem is the country sound that can wake you up in the morning (cats, chickens, hens....) and keep you company until you get out of bed. The room is... what you need to sleep without too many brownies. Clean and cozy. Very honest rates. But the beautiful comes in the morning when you have to take the key and go into the kitchen, as if it were your home.

House Donà, your house

My husband and I were at the B&B Casa Donà a few days ago to spend a single night in quietness away from the city's daily tran tran but unfortunately we found ourselves very bad. At first the person at our reception had been polite and attentive, he had called us on the cell phone to see if we could follow the road signs to get to the place and had followed us by phone until we reached the place, also he showed us the two available rooms making us choose the one of our largest. The B&B is located 3 minutes' drive from Penne. The directions to find it are quite simple. The location is immersed in green and the only noises you hear are those of nature. The owners Simone and Lisa are kind and friendly and provide many useful directions on what to visit, being also professional guides. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. It would be useful some extra furniture to support your things and a different faucet in the bathroom sink, but, overall it is really comfortable. There is air conditioning and the shower with box.

A week of relaxation

It is located in the countryside, a short distance from the medieval village of Penne, which is absolutely worth a visit. The atmosphere is quiet and bucolic, remarkable the view. The rest is guaranteed by the absolute silence of the night, accompanied only by the singing of the crickets and the storming of the leaves of the great people.

Cosy B&B with incredible views to the vineyards, olive groves and mountains. The room was lovely decorated and clean. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was simple, but good. If you look for an authentic B&B in Penne, it is a lovely place to stay.

Very good B&B on the countryside with very helpful and friendly owners who do their utmost best to give you tailor made advise on the Abruzzo region, since they are both guides. Their command of the English language is excellent too, which is not so common in Italy. :-) Keep up the good work, Simone and Lisa!

Very good B&B!

We stayed at Casa Dona to see the Easter Religious festival on good friday in penne just a short distance away. We arrived to be met by the owner who was very welcoming and settled us into the B&B before leaving us to carry on our stay in this tranquil property. The B&B overlooks vineyards, olive groves and mountains. The rooms are lovingly decorated and spotlessly clean. There was also a kitchen/dining room with log burner and kited out to make the stay more than comfortable. The owner returned in the morning and laid out a beautiful continental breakfast to start off our day. Thank you Casa Dona, I'm sure we will return for another stay at your lovely B&B!
