Second visit ,just back won't be my last ,this for us is perfection,amazing views lovely rooms .Daniel and extended family are welcoming nothing is trouble ,the produce from their farm brilliant...olive oil ,wine fruit etc. The pool is the best very safe for children and totally relaxing. San Severo is only minutes to the villages of Passignano ,Tuoro, great restaurants ,shops ,and of course Lago Trasimeno ! Convient to motorway to Assisi Florence, Sienna and many others . We really enjoy self catering and here is perfect for it ,
