Ottimo b&b pulito e con un'ottima colazione!
Giovanni è molto ospitale.

Great b&b, super nice breakfast and the owner is welcoming! 

The position is really convenient nearby a crucial tube stop. Only 15 mins by walk to the central train station and to the shopping area.

Ottimo b&b

A cozy room with discrete cleaning, no TV, and the most important thing for the room that happened to me, if I turned on the air conditioner, the light would go out... MAGIAAA! Bathroom in common with the other rooms, always with discrete cleaning, no towels for the face.

Not very satisfactory

Very welcoming rooms and bathrooms always clean Mr. Gianni is an exceptional person, very generous and very nice, two-step metro, nice facility easily accessible.

Genny and Paris

If I could have given more stars to John's facility I would have done it with all my heart. John is one of the kindest, kindest and most available hosts I have ever met. The facility is clean and tidy, and very convenient to reach by metro.

A little vacation in Milan

The B&B is well connected thanks to the subway station. The owner John was very sweet and available. The room and bathrooms were very clean. Also the presence of the owner's dog is not a problem, indeed. The puppy gladly accepts the cocoons. I would gladly return to us.

It's perfect.

We found this place completely by chance. The place was clean and neat. The A/C was working fine (due to very humid and hot weather we used it at night also)
Our host Mr. Giovanni was very kind man and we found some good places to eat and walk true him.

Good Place, Very Nice host

A very simple, very clean, very cozy place, very close to the metro station and therefore very accessible to the center. I really recommend this baby especially for the courtesy and sympathy of Giovanni, the owner, who more than once has made himself very available to me and given way to prove that he is a really hearty person. Giovanni, mom and I will come to visit you, I hope he is healthier than last time! 😂

Simple place, wonderful person!

Been through Europe this year and the last one on interrailtrips through Europe, and none of the hostels have been able to match this one.

The high praise goes mainly -but not only- to the propriator Giovanni.
This is a supergenuine, polite, english-speaking master of service. 

The rooms are spacey, the doublebeds are nice (with the possibility of getting a smaller seperate one as well), our room had a great ceilling fan that did wonders to the otherwise sweaty Milanese summernights.
There are 4 rooms for rent, sharing two superclean and spacious bathrooms- one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 

The breakfasts are the real deal here folks.
There's a small balcony connected to the kitchen with a table for two- a table that Giovanni prepares with cutlery. Then you sit down, enjoy the view, and then Giovanni starts working his magic and offers you a wide range buffé of yoghurt, toast, watermelon, eggs, coffee, juice or whatever he happens to have home at the time- All of this he prepares on the spot, so all you have to do is sit there, enjoy the food, view, the superchill music he plays in the mornings and his superentertaining stories
-and dont worry, he's good with knowing when to start and stop, so it never got incessant as it sometimes may get with some people.

In the evenings when you get back home he may offer you a glass of cold water- or even a fruity iceicle one night.

Worth of note is that there's a dog. If you're allergic then you may want to look elsewhere. But if you like me and my friend love dogs, it's a huge plus.
Oh, and if you are the least bit scared of dogs, I can tell you this is an old dog that mostly likes to lie around in the apartment. Never heard it bark, and even when I accidently stumbled on her on the way out she remained supercalm.

I hope I got it all down now... Either way, thank you so much for having us Giovanni, it's been a treat!

Best Hostel of Two Interrailtrips!

Man, it was so hard to write this review. This place has such potential. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst experiences you can have in Milan. The poor reservation system here is playing Russian Roulette with your vacation. I successfully booked a deposit for a night’s stay, and it later turned out they had overbooked the BNB. Then they had emailed while I had no service that they messed up, had no room, and I could “come back and pick up the deposit while in Milan,” rather than them come to me to deliver it.  It started to rain, so I hurried over from Milano Centrale terminal and then had to borrow WiFi to fix their mess and quickly find a room with no notice or time at 17:00. (in a dorm rather than the private I booked.)

There was no attempt to provide water, an umbrella, cook a meal, order dinner, or most importantly, pay for a stay elsewhere to fix their error. Instead, 2 hours of aggravation took place (the place they referred me to had a 30-45 minute wait before I️ could check in) before a 10 am flight out Malpensa the next day. They apologized profusely, but the “help” they provided finding a dorm instead of the private I️ had originally booked made it infinitely worse. The sleep at their recommended alternative was a different kind of awful.

I always try and write reviews with “would I send my best friend here?” in mind. If you want to put your vacation at serious risk, feel free to book this place, but the risk (and the neighborhood) is so incredibly detrimental to your experience. It changed my opinion of Milan as a city for the worse.  Don’t let it happen to you.

Additionally - if you can avoid staying in this neighborhood, you absolutely want to do that. Stay near the Duomo, Navigli, or Brera district. Unfortunately I had a train out of Milano Centrale the next day so it couldn’t be helped.

Tl;dr: This place can’t hold reservations consistently. You may come into town finding you have nowhere to go and scrambling to find a hotel. Make every effort to book elsewhere. You, your significant other, or family will love you for it.

Incredibly disappointing

The accommodation is cozy and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything is very clean. With the two main connections you are very quickly in the center. The breakfast has been prepared by Giovanni (the owner) very personally. He is very friendly and provides a very homey atmosphere. He has given us good tips for Milan. The b&b is really a friendly place to spend a good time in Milan.
