192 reviewsWhen we arrived we were told they had issues with both the air-condition and water, but was trying to get someone there immediately (a Sunday) to fix it. We were offered free drinks and they suggested we use the pool, while they try to fix things. They were not able to get anyone there to fix the water, so they agreed that we could cancel the rooms at no cost (although they were not refundable). They also offered us additional drinks for free and charged us nothing for pool and towel use etc. Things can break, I wish everyone would treat such times like this hotel did. Great customer service and care!
