In more than 40 years of staying in European ski resorts this is one of the best small hotels I have used. The rooms are warm, well furnished and comfortable. The ski room is on the ground floor so no steps to climb in boots while carrying skis. The stop for the free ski bus is only 100 yards away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the manager speaks fluent English. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with eggs being cooked to order. Dinner is superb. A variety of local dishes cooked with passion by a skilled chef.
